Security

The health and safety of pupils is of paramount importance at all times. There is a robust fence around the perimeter of the school site, and all outer doors are fitted with quick release locks and are secured during lesson times.  Children are taught never to open the door to any adult.

All visitors to school are asked to report to the School Office where they are asked to sign in and out. They will be given a visitors’ badges in order that they can be identified and these must be worn. Pupils coming in late or leaving school for medical appointments, illness etc. must be signed in or out. Mobile phones owned by visitors should be turned off or handed in to the school office for safe-keeping through the period of the visit.

Taxis collecting children from school at the end of the day must come to the School Office and identify the child they are collecting.
